We are currently hiring a Sr. Executive- CRM- Health Insurance or Pharma to lead our Sales function with the purpose of the companys strategic goals Role and Responsibilities Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team. Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently. Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales. Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically. Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling. Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these. Conducting business reviews using CRM programs. Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly. Un- Cap PLI -(Performance Link Incentive) Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers. Qualifications and Skills: Education: o A Bachelors degree in any field. o Certifications or training in sales or insurance Experience: o Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in tele-sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry. o Experience in selling health insurance Pharma similar financial products is a plus. Skills: o Excellent communication skills in Hindi. o Strong sales acumen with the ability to close deals and meet targets. o Good understanding of health insurance products and industry regulations. o Ability to manage customer relationships and resolve issues efficiently. o Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office tools. o Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
