Job Description:
Role : SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
Must have Skills : SAP for Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
Job Requirements:
A) Proven experience developing SAP information security solutions with project implementations in both ABAP and Java based components.
B) Experience in collaborating with auditors to demonstrate compliance with internal and external standards
C) Worked on implementation projects, project rollouts and support projects
D) Manage implementation projects, project rollouts and manage support projects
E) Excellent Communication and organization skills
Professional Experience
A) 8 to 10 years of experience in SAP Security with SAP GRC Access Control
B) Strong background in following areas a SAP application security implementation b Governance Risk Compliance GRC Risk analysis and Remediation on ECC 60, BI, CRM and Enterprise Portal c Security role provisioning solutions d Security workflow e Business Process Controls f Managing segregation of duties analysis rules g Identity management
3:Shift Times:- 24/7 IST,
