Job Description

Assist in monitoring cloud assets (databases, VMs, firewalls, storage) and ensure smooth operations.
Support employees with cloud-related needs in an efficient manner.
Help monitor and improve CI/CD pipelines under guidance from senior engineers.
Participate in troubleshooting production outages and performance issues.
Assist in enhancing monitoring alerting systems for cloud services.
Follow and help enforce on-premise cloud security policies.
Document run books, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides for cloud operations.
Support 24/7 cloud operations (with flexibility for urgent issues outside business hours).
Work with AWS/Azure/GCP (or multi-cloud) under supervision.
Learn and apply networking Linux/Unix fundamentals in cloud environments.

What We Are Looking For

1-2 years of experience in cloud operations, DevOps, or related fields.
Basic understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP (certifications are a plus).
Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems networking concepts.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Proactive mindset with attention to detail.
Bachelordegree in Computer Science/IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
