Education

• 10th pass mandatory

Experience

• Minimum 1 yr of Experience as Collection Officer / Recovery Officer Banking / NBFC / Financial Services
• Payment Collection / Loan Collection /Debt Collection 
• Minimum 1 yr of experience as Loan Sales / Business Development mandatory
• Need experience into collection and need to work on field to collect Payments
• Incentive Opportunity to earn more than 15k per month , linked to his performance
• Collection & Sales Experience inBanking / Financial Services / Insurance

• 18 - 34 yrs

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Desired Profile:

• Contribute to improving the collection efficiency of the area assigned and help in the reduction of PAR

Key Responsibilities include:

• Improve recovery rates of write-off portfolio and abide by internal and external regulations at all times

Collection Policy

• Comply with processes at all times
• Conduct daily field visits and follow up, ensure 100% coverage of field account and escalate problematic cases for further action
• Should be proficient in local language and English
