Job Description

 

  • Perform routine accounting tasks, monitoring journal entries, reconciling accounts, and maintaining the general ledger.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, process invoices, and ensure timely collections and payments.
  • Conduct regular bank reconciliations to match transactions and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations, prepare and file periodic tax returns.
  • Monitor and control expenses, verify expense claims, and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Support financial analysis activities, including variance analysis and cost tracking, to provide insights for management decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Utilize accounting software and tools efficiently to streamline processes and enhance accuracy.
