Job Description

Senior Executive R & D:

The candidate should have a Ph.D. degree in Synthetic Organic Chemistry with a minimum of 3 years of industrial experience in process development of API products.
Demonstrated high performance in synthetic organic chemistry experimentation.
A strong working knowledge of synthetic organic chemistry principles.
Familiarization with modern analytical tools and techniques, as well as data interpretation.
Experience with large scale synthesis is desirable but not essential.
Male and Female candidates can be considered.
Role Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will work in the laboratory to conduct experiments to familiarize with new processes as part of tech transfers.
- Optimize the existing processes to generate consistent yields and improve the processes to maximize yields.
- Isolate and identify unknown impurities to resolve API production issues.
- Search literature to find improvements for synthesis of API products.
- The candidate should thrive in the collaborative environment of a multi-disciplinary project team.
