Responsibilities and Duties:
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for assisting the Manager/Senior Manager in planning and directing all outlet operations. They will play a crucial role in assessing, evaluating, and meeting the short and long-term goals to ensure the restaurant's success.
Financial Perspective:
Oversee financial management to ensure smooth and efficient operation
Implement cost control measures to optimize profitability
Manage budgetary control and adherence to financial plans
Supervise cash handling procedures and maintain financial records
Demonstrate proficiency in Shawman/IDS/PACE and knowledge of cash & banking procedures
Internal Business Perspective:
Utilize strong F&B background to enhance operations
Manage materials effectively to maintain inventory and control costs
Implement security procedures for gatekeeping and timekeeping
Demonstrate analytical skills and attention to detail in all aspects of management
Uphold hygiene standards and ensure compliance with regulations
Show ownership and take responsibility for the restaurant's performance
Exhibit excellent people management skills to lead and motivate the team
Handle crises efficiently and professionally
Possess strong communication skills to foster a positive work environment
Resolve conflicts among staff or customers amicably and professionally
Operations:
Define and streamline processes to enhance efficiency
Implement strategies to control wastage and breakage
