Job Description
Location Andheri, Mumbai
Male / Female will work
CTC will be offered between 4 to 5 Lacs
CRM AM- ( Minimum 3+ years in CRM role)
Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key clients.
- Overseeing the relationship with clients handled by your team.
- Resolving clients complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Keeping clients updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
- Understanding key clients needs and addressing them.
- Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.
- Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.
- Following up to update the survey by the SPOC from clients end
- Ensuring loop closure for the complaints received have been resolved
- Become a single point of contact with corporate clients to ensure the service delivery is running smooth
- Maintain a tracker/MIS on complaints received from the client
- Ensure the corporate complaints received are highlighted to respective stake holder and provide a loop closure to the client ensuring best services in future
