Job Description
Should Have Knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, ePayment.Preparation of Sales Invoices and relevant supporting documents.
Maintain petty cash and staff claims on a timely basis.
Update cash book on daily basis.
Assist in month-end closing activities to ensure tally with financial statement.
-Ensure smooth, efficient running of Account Payable/Receivable functions
-Maintain an up-to-date alphabetical Open Accounts for Accounts Payable/Receivable
-All daily charges & credits recorded & processed in timely fashion
-Record daily invoices
Fresher or Exp. Candidate from Commerce (B. Com / M. Com) or Finance Background with Basic Excel and Tally knowledge
