Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified TEAM LEAD to lead and manage our young and energetic development team and drive customer project deliveries. You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on daily basis. We expect you to be technically hands on (lead from the front) and a proactive learner willing to learn new technologies.

Skills Required:

• 3-5 years relevant hands on experience in software development with a minimum 1-year experience as a team lead.
• Preferable: Hands on experience in any of the following: Bizagi, Aura Portal, UiPath or BluePrism would be an advantage
• Strong organizational, coordination and excellent communications skills
• Independent, technically hands-on, quick learner and self-motivated
• Ability to work as part of a young team in a start-up environment
•
