Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Candidate should have 15 to 20 years of experience in Real Estate.

• Oversee the planning, installation, and commissioning of HVAC systems for real estate projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments).
  
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineering teams to integrate HVAC systems seamlessly into building designs.
  
• Ensure HVAC systems meet all local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.

• Review blueprints and specifications to ensure HVAC systems are appropriately sized and designed for the building's needs.
  
• Recommend and implement system improvements for energy efficiency, sustainability, and cost savings.
