- Job Title: Senior Landscape Architect Location: Delhi Job Type: Full-time Experience Level: 815 years Industry: Architecture, Urban Design, Landscape Design, Environmental Planning About the Role: We seek a seasoned and creative Senior Landscape Architect with 8 to 15 years of experience to lead and contribute to high-impact landscape and urban design projects. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and a passion for creating sustainable and innovative outdoor environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, design, and execution of landscape architecture projects from concept through construction. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including architects, planners, engineers, and environmental consultants. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring quality standards are met. Mentor junior staff and provide leadership in design development, technical detailing, and documentation. Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and environmental impact assessments. Oversee the preparation of design presentations, construction drawings, specifications, and reports. Maintain client relationships and participate in stakeholder meetings, community consultations, and regulatory reviews. Ensure compliance with local zoning laws, environmental regulations, and sustainable design principles. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program. 815 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, preferably with exposure to both public and private sector projects. Professional licensure (PLA or equivalent) is required or in progress. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of project types, scales, and design innovation. Proficiency in design and documentation software: AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, and/or Revit. GIS knowledge is a plus. In-depth knowledge of planting design, grading, stormwater management, and sustainable site strategies. Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
