SKILLS REQUIRED:
*Looking for VMC/CNC/VTL operator, setter, Programmer
* At least Min 2 Years Experience in any machine or fresher from mechanical background
salary from 12k to 26K
* Basic knowledge in setting Jobs.
* At least some Basic Knowledge in VMC, CNC, VTL & HMC machines programming.
* Need permanent Operator for our company.
* At Beginning of few days training would be given for all employees.
* Food will be provided in the Company itself for all the Employees for Free of Cost.
* Accommodation of Rooms are also provided by the company itself . The Rooms are situated at a walkable Distance only.
* OT (Over time) will be given for necessary Workers.
* Diploma, 10th Pass, 12th or Any degree holders can be Qualified.
* Mandatory Turning Operating & Set Up Knowledge
* Mandatory to Measure and Handle all Type of Measuring Calibrated Instruments.
* Minimum Experience for the CNC Turning operators must be 2 years.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Secures work pieces on machines, using holding devices, measuring instruments, hand tools and hoists.
* Remove work pieces from machines, and check to ensure that they confirm to specifications.
* Adjusts controls to set cutting specifications Computes dimensions, tolerances, and angles of work pieces or machines according to specifications.
Daily Activities: Setter
* Programming and set up CNC to complete new product/different functions
* Change the tooling of the CNC machine
* Observe machine operation to verify accuracy of machine settings and to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, using precision measuring instruments such as micrometer and dial caliper.
* Adjust machine control, including part process
* Verify first piece inspection using appropriate measuring instruments
* Post edit CNC program to fine tune process for optimum performance
* Undertake agreed CNC inspection
* Maintain accurate data/records/documentation associated with your work
* Carry out planned tasks in accordance with contract/requirements on services and associated systems
* Carry out tasks within allotted time limits
* Ensure compliance with quality standards, policies and procedures, codes and legislation including health and safety
* Immediately report problems/failures that may impact on the organization and/or its clients/customers to Line Manager
* Contribute towards the smooth running of the team
* Responsibly use resources and control expenses to meet agreed budgetary controls
* SD here to all organization policies and procedures
