Job Description
Tally operator, Manage inventory, including ordering office supplies, office equipment & IT assets , Maintain and update filing, both digital and physical copy. Coordinate for arrangement of stay, travels for our resources. Other administrative duties, requirement basis.Responsibilities:Tally Operations:
Manage financial transactions using Tally software, including data entry, accounts payable/receivable, and basic reporting.
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate inventory levels for office supplies, equipment, and IT assets.
Order necessary supplies and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
Track and manage IT asset lifecycles.
Filing and Documentation:
Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems for efficient document retrieval.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date records management.
Travel and Logistics:
Coordinate travel arrangements for staff, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
Manage expense reports and ensure adherence to company travel policies.
Administrative Duties:
Perform a variety of administrative tasks as assigned, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and answering phones.
Maintain a professional and organized office environment.
