Job Description

Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Senior Manager Robo Club to lead, develop, and manage the robotics club program across our school(s). This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership ability, and a passion for hands-on learning. The ideal candidate will mentor students, oversee club operations, and work with faculty to foster a culture of curiosity, creativity, and technical excellence. Key Responsibilities: Program Leadership: Design and implement a comprehensive robo club curriculum aligned with educational standards and emerging technologies. Student Engagement: Mentor students in designing, building, and programming robots using diffrent platforms Competitions & Showcases: Prepare and guide student teams for local, national, and international robotics competitions and expos. Innovation Culture: Encourage innovation, problem-solving, and critical thinking through structured activities, workshops, and hackathons. Resource Management: Manage inventory of robotics kits, tools, and lab equipment. Coordinate purchases and maintenance. Collaboration: Work closely with school leadership, teachers, and parents to align club goals with academic objectives and student interests. Reporting & Evaluation: Track student progress, maintain documentation, and report on club activities, achievements, and areas for improvement. Requirements: 7-10 years of experience related field. Hands-on experience with educational robotics platforms Strong leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills. Passion for education, innovation, and working with school-age children.
