Senior QA Automation Engineer/SDET @ Keepers Associates

Job Description

This role will act as a bridge between QA, development, product, and business teams to ensure that our test coverage is aligned with real-world scenarios and business goals. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business analysts to gather and define test requirements. Design comprehensive test strategies and plans based on gathered requirements. Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts and frameworks. Ensure integration of automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline. Identify gaps in testing and work with teams to address them early in the development cycle. Participate in design and architecture discussions to bring in a quality perspective. Analyze test results, debug failures, and raise issues with clear documentation. Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects.
