we are looking for customer support executives with excellent communication skills in english to handle customer queries for an international electric vehicle process.
key responsibilities:
handle customer queries related to electric vehicles and services
provide high-quality customer support via voice and written communication
maintain accuracy and professionalism while resolving customer concerns
ensure adherence to company guidelines and service standards
required skills & qualifications:
education: graduate (mandatory)
experience:
6+ months experience in international bpo (preferred)
strong understanding of customer handling and query resolution
communication:
excellent english communication skills (b2 or c1 level)
typing speed: minimum 35 wpm with 90% accuracy
soft skills:
strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism
compensation & benefits:
salary: up to 29,000 ctc (24,669 in hand)
shifts: 24/7 rotational shifts (majority night shifts as per us hours)
