Job Description
- Make outbound calls to customers with pending loans or overdue EMIs.
- Explain the purpose of the call and provide clear information regarding the outstanding amounts.
- Persuade customers to make payments or agree to a structured repayment plan.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, payment promises, and follow-ups.
- Handle objections professionally and escalate cases when necessary.
- Coordinate with the field recovery team and legal department for follow-up actions.
- Ensure all calls and actions are in compliance with company policy and relevant regulations (RBI, collections code of conduct, etc.).
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate in any discipline
- Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Local Language adjust as needed]
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
- Prior experience in debt recovery, BPO, or telecalling will be an added advantage
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- Ethical, disciplined, and punctual with good follow-up abilities

LTD., you will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely recovery of dues, all while maintaining professionalism and compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
