    Job Title: Senior Sales Executive New Business Development (Hunting) Location: Mumbai About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Sales Executive with experience selling IT Services to join our team. This is a dynamic, high-impact sales role focused on hunting for new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of proven success in sales, specializing in new business development in IT Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting, identifying, and closing new client accounts while building long-term relationships with key decision-makers across multiple industries. Key Responsibilities: New Business Acquisition: Proactively seek out and identify new sales leads, opportunities to expand the companys client base. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target high-value clients, focusing on prospecting, outreach, and lead conversion. Client Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers and executives, understanding their needs and aligning solutions to meet those needs. Sales Targets & Performance: Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company. Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify emerging opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, practice, and delivery to ensure the sales process is seamless from prospecting to onboarding. Qualifications: Experience: 8-10 years of successful sales experience, with a proven track record in hunting for new business in the Indian market and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets selling IT Services Solutions Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Indian market, including key players, trends, and challenges. Sales Skills: Expertise in lead generation, consultative selling, and negotiating complex deals. Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with senior-level decision-makers and executives. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to C-level executives.,
