Work Location


Yelahanka, Bengaluru | 6-day week (weekly off Monday)


Compensation


  • Fixed CTC: 6.5 to 8.5 L p.a. (commensurate with experience)
  • Additional incentives on team target achievement n self closing deals
  • Fuel & mobile allowance

Experience Required


  • Total: 3 to 6 years in residential real-estate sales
  • Minimum: 1 year leading a front-line/CP sales team in Bengaluru market

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead, motivate and coach a team of 4 to 6 Sales Executives; daily huddles & call audits.
  • Ensure daily lead servicing and data base churning targets are met
  • Achieve team target of 120 qualified site-visits & 10 bookings per month across Grade A and B developers of Bengaluru
  • Handle high-value negotiations, developer price approvals and booking documentation.
  • Maintain 100 % CRM hygiene; publish weekly funnel & competitor reports to management.
  • Coordinate with developer SPOCs for inventory, pricing, scheme launches and compliance with RERA norms.
  • Uphold ECG valuestransparent pricing, zero data leakage, customer-first ethics.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Proven record of 8 bookings / month in recent quarters.
  • Strong developer contacts in North & East Bengaluru is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Leadrat / Leadsquared / Salesforce or similar CRMs.
  • Languages: Fluent English & Hindi; Kannada preferred.
  • Bachelors degree mandatory; MBA / PGDM in Marketing / Real-Estate preferred.
  • Two-wheeler license & readiness for weekend site events.
