IT Recruiter SAP Hiring
Location: Mulund, Mumbai
Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and driven IT Recruiter with a strong focus on SAP talent hiring. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing and recruiting for niche SAP modules and consulting roles, managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for SAP roles including (but not limited to) SAP ABAP, FICO, MM, SD, Basis, SuccessFactors, SAC, S/4HANA, and Integration consultants.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and technical leads to understand job requirements and project needs.
- Source candidates through portals like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist profiles based on role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, follow-ups, and offer rollouts.
- Manage candidate communication, offer negotiation, and onboarding process.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of SAP professionals for future needs.
- Create recruitment trackers and maintain data in Excel or ATS systems.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1.5 to 3 years of IT recruitment experience with hands-on exposure to SAP hiring.
- Understanding of different SAP modules and technical skillsets.
- Strong sourcing techniques and familiarity with job boards and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and prioritize effectively.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
