Job Description

• Patient Assessment and Management: Conduct thorough assessments of patients presenting with a range of conditions, including trauma, cardiac events, strokes, and respiratory issues. Make informed decisions regarding treatment, diagnostics, and the appropriate care pathway.
• Clinical Interventions: Administer medications, perform life-saving procedures, and utilize advanced medical equipment to stabilize patients before hospital transfer.
• Scene Management: Manage emergency scenes effectively, ensuring patient safety and coordinating with other emergency services as needed.
• Patient Transport and Handover: Oversee the safe transportation of patients to healthcare facilities, providing detailed handovers to hospital staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Record Keeping and Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes, adhering to legal and organizational standards.
