Job Description
- Proactively monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth data flow
- This involves analysing network traffic, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions
- Manage and handle routine maintenance tasks, software updates, and hardware replacements to keep the network infrastructure functioning optimally
- Secure the data centre network
- This involves implementing security protocols, monitoring for suspicious activity, and suggesting security enhancements
- Collaborate with Data Centre Network Architects by providing feedback on designs, conducting testing during implementation, and documenting the network configuration
- Work with data center operations teams to resolve network-related issues impacting servers or storage systems Leading Distributed Data
- Centers network performance monitoring DC Network Observability Communicate existing potential network issues to Higher management with proposed solutions
- Mentoring team of Network engineers/Specialist in Data Center network performance monitoring team working 24*7 environment
- Coordinating with clients Network Admin team/SMEs to ensure network performance and ensure Network availability and reliability Hands on Network/Security forensics to identify network reachability performance issues Assess DC network for potential/existing performance bottlenecks and propose solution/capacity improvement plans
- Identify gaps in network architecture and suggest options to overcome same Analyze identify network/security issues by using expertise on NPM/Observability tool i
- Wireshark / Extrahop / Riverbed / Corvil Etc and activily followup till closure
- Identify network issues using deep understanding of the latest SDN/SDWAN/Cloud network technologies
- Monitoring of network post maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes
