Requirements:
A graduate degree or above from a recognized university.
Minimum 6 months of documented experience in any customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer care setting.
Proficient in spoken English for effective communication with customers.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts to ensure 24/7 customer support.
Comfortable working from the office premises.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Salary and Benefits:
Candidates with prior experience and a graduate degree can earn a monthly salary of INR 21,000.
Candidates with prior experience and an undergraduate degree can earn a monthly salary of INR 19,000.
