Job Description
- Convert design mockups (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) into pixel-perfect HTML/CSS templates.
- Build responsive, cross-browser compatible, and mobile-first web pages.
- Maintain and improve existing front-end codebases with a focus on performance and usability.
- Collaborate with developers and designers to enhance user experience.
- Follow and implement web accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices.
- Optimize front-end assets and code for maximum speed and scalability.
Required Skills Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- Hands-on experience with Flexbox, CSS Grid, and pre-processors like SASS/LESS.
- Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and testing techniques.
- Comfortable using Chrome DevTools, Postman, and Git for version control.
- Familiarity with CSS architecture methodologies such as BEM or SMACSS.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with utility-first CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.
- Exposure to modern front-end libraries like React, Vue, or Angular.
- Understanding of CI/CD processes and modern deployment tools.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
