Major job responsibility ;

• Troubleshooting Repair of EDC products = Servo drives / Motors / HMI and Motion controller products In house and at site as needed
• SAP process from start of notification till end of repair with detailed technical report Prepare offer, negotiate and prepare invoice
• Field service support to troubleshoot, analyses the product problems at customer site
• Preparing detailed
• Preparing detailed CAPA and RCA report for the repetitive failures and site observation to solve the problem end to end
• Maintenance training on EDC products to customer

Knowledge / Specialization / Experience / Expertise required in the areas like :

Strong technical repair and troubleshooting knowledge & understanding of Motion
controllers, Servo Drives, PLC s CNC s components, systems related to Machine tool /Printing/Packaging /General automation Industry also

• Good understanding of Commercial terms.
• Solid Communication skills, Techno-commercial skill, Negotiating skills, Presentation skills etc.,Should be a Go-getter, Willing to travel.
• Should have good personality, Problem solver, Team worker.
• Should be capable of working independently with own initiative to meet set targets.
• 2-5 years in sales experience in handling above mentioned products to OEM s /Integrators
