Job Description

Technical support for both hardware and software issues.

Doorstep delivery and maintenance services for our clients.

Create and verify backups of data

Respond to and resolve help desk requests

Install and test computer-related equipment

Desktop/Laptop Windows OS installations & troubleshooting

Responsibilities and Duties

Installing and configuring software, hardware and networks.

Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.

Ensuring the security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.

Doorstep delivery and maintenance services for our clients.
