A.JOB DETAILS -

1. Designation - Senior Engineer
2. Qualification - Diploma or Graduation In mechanical
3. Experience - 3-5 yrs in Engineering in Auto-Ancillary

B. Key Responsibility Area -

• Prepare Annual Plan for Benchmarking of Various Relevant Products.
• Benchmarking of Various Auto parts
• Preparation of Bench Marking Analysis Report
• Create Recommendation Report to improve
• 3D Printing & Prototyping of Product
• Assembling of Prototyping
• Inspection and Testing of Bench Marking Samples
• Planning, Managing, and Sourcing/ Procuring of Benchmark Samples

C. Key Competencies Required

• Knowledge of the Automotive Benchmarking Process
• Knowledge Part inspection using basic instruments like
• Height Gauge, Vernier Calipers, Micrometer, etc.
• Knowledge of various basic testing normally used in automotive ancillary.
• Knowledge of Various Automotive Components specially
• Locks, Mirrors and other products that Sandhar Manufactures.
• Knowledge of Various mechanical manufacturing processes.
• Must be from automotive field.A clear understanding of reading of Engineering Drawings along Tolerances, GD& and various automotive testing standards.
• Preference will be given to those candidates who are having hand on Experience in Designing & Reverse Engineering in Software like UG-NX or CreO.

D. Key Personality Attributes

• Must have good analytical skills so that he can conclude after bench mark and recommend the scope of improvement or clue for new concept/ new product/ new design.
• Good report writing skill
• Good communication (both English & Hindi)
• Good inter-personal Skill
• Hard Working
