Role & responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring the achievement of all sales and revenue targets for the branch. Managing a team of Sales Managers and Sales Officers. Hire / Train and motivate the Sales teams for achieving budgets. Formulating and implementation of sales and service strategies.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate/MBA with 4-6 Years Core Retail Sales Experience. Proven track record in sales. Should have built and managed large Sales Force. Result Oriented. Good knowledge of the local markets. Knowledge of retail asset financing. Ability in sales planning and understanding of the risk side of the business
