Job description
DuhraSoft is looking for a highly motivated customer representative to join our company. The customer service is responsible for supporting the sales department by entering orders with preciseness. High customer satisfaction is our main priority.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Entering customer orders , making sure orders are entered correctly and all the correct and current information for the accouvt is filled out properly on all orders.
Excellent communication skills.
Support sales department.
Recognize and resolve any issues with orders.
Monitors back - orders.
Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Proficientin English.
Phone and email etiquette.
Strong internet skills.
Speed in typing.
