Key Responsibilities :
* Managing incident and support requests from units
* Coordinate with support partner and internal team for request resolution
* IT assistance and Communication to functional team member for managing day-to-day operational issues
* Resolve L1/L2 support issues from end users
* Contribute to roll-out of new implementation & enhancements

* Ability to think technically and analytically is required
* Effective and efficient written and oral communication with internal and external contacts is required.
* Ability to work well with a team is required
Areas of responsibility will include the following elements
* L1 support for Oracle Fusion Financials (General Ledger, Accounts payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets)
* Managing communication with end users
* Testing & analysis for newer enhancements
* Service delivery for any support/incident request
Position Requirements/ Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in computer science, B. E/ B. Tech/MCA, MIS, or equivalent degree is required, although will consider experience and certifications in lieu of degree. B Com Grad with relevant technical support experience can also be considered.
* At least 2+ years of Support experience in Oracle Fusion Financials preferably
* Relevant technical certification like ITIL is preferred
