Job Description
Strong experience working with UI/UX - React JS & Redux as Primary skillset - Must to have minimum 4 years working experience .
Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
CD/CI Deployment process, Troubleshooting skillsExpectations with React JS skills
JSX: Knowledge of JSX syntax and its use in React.
Components: Understanding of functional components, class components, and component lifecycle.
Props & State: Basic use of props for parent-child component interaction and state management in components.
Event Handling: Basic knowledge of handling events in React.
Basic Hooks: Understanding of useState and useEffect hooks for managing state and side effects
Advanced Hooks: Proficient use of additional hooks like useContext, useReducer, and custom hooks.
State Management: Understanding of state management patterns and tools (e.g., Context API, Redux).
Performance Optimization: Knowledge of techniques like memorization, pure components, and React.memo for performance tuning.
Routing: Implementing navigation using React Router.
Form Handling: Experience with controlled components and form validation techniques.
Redux :Core Concepts: Understanding of core Redux concepts like actions, reducers, and the store.
State Management: Basic knowledge of managing application state using Redux.
Redux in UI Frameworks: Basic integration of Redux with UI frameworks like React.
Action Creators: Understanding of how to define action creators and dispatch actions.
Simple Middleware: Familiarity with basic middleware use, like redux-thunk for asynchronous actions.
Reducers and Selectors: Proficient in writing reducers and selectors, understanding of pure functions and state normalization.
Advanced Middleware: Experience with more advanced middleware for handling side effects (e.g., redux-saga).
Redux DevTools: Using Redux DevTools for debugging and state monitoring.
Testing Redux Code: Knowledge of testing strategies for Redux code, including reducers and actions.
Immutable Data Patterns: Understanding of using immutable data patterns for state management to prevent unintended side-effects.
