Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated sales & recruiting consultant to join our team. This is a unique job role which gives one an opportunity to grow in foundational skills like - the art of conversation, presentation and counseling. You will build and follow up on leads and convince candidates to join our up-skilling and placement opportunity. You will screen them and match them to appropriate positions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates from colleges, government institutions, databases
  • Recruit and use sales strategies through call or direct meet
  • Build influential relationships with key decision makers/stakeholders of every project like:
    • Principals
    • Placement coordinators
    • HoDs
    • Government officials and
    • Mainly end customers i.e. - job seekers/students
  • Build your own knowledge base to help stakeholders with their requirements and answer their queries with specific details and sell the opportunity
  • Be a source of reasoning and counseling to decision makers at all levels and emphasize the benefits while not diminishing the demerits of the opportunity without bluntly pushing for decisions/sales

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and communication skills; presentation skills are mandatory
  • Excellent ability to reason with people of all levels
  • A passion for sales is mandatory
  • Proven work experience as a sales or recruiting consultant is an added advantage; sales experience must have been in a service industry or HR industry
  • Knowledge of modern marketing and recruitment especially campus recruitment
  • Confident and pleasant personality
  • Ability to work on MS Word, MS Excel and email
  • Experience 2-3 years

We expect you to be comfortable traveling to numerous places and bringing sales outcomes by reasoning with stakeholders and working towards filtering candidates based on their tests.If you are a successful insurance sales consultant or a successful academic counselor you may be a good fit. We emphasize the benefits of the opportunity rather than the specifications of it as the benefits are life-long. Imagine how insurance is sold and how mobile phones are sold. Ours would be more of the insurance model.
