Job Title:Assistant Manager- Backend Operations (OSM Activity)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Experience of 7-13 years in Back-office operations. (Preferable from Assessment industry)

• Knowledge of Excel/Advanced Excel
• Should be well versed with Scanning Process and image Processing
• Comfortable on working with software tools or automated systems with minimal guidance
• Working knowledge of SQL is Mandatory
• Good Analytical skills,
• Focussed on Quality and on time delivery
• Good Written, Oral communication Skills
• Coordinate with Internal and External stakeholders to ensure on time delivery
• Good working experience on Ms. XLS,SQL( PL SQL/ MY SQL/ PL SQL/Oracle etc) Mandatory
• Can understand the client requirement by talking to client directly

Qualification and Experience

Any Graduation or Post Graduation with minimum 7 years experience in in Backend operations ,MS Excel, SQL, Advanced Excel and Scanning activities.

Skills and Knowledge

Good Communication (written & spoken), Problem solver, Analytical skills.
