 Hiring For Retention- Customer Service Representative!!!

Job Description


Excellent verbal and written communicate. We are looking for a Retention Customer Support Executive. Who can engage with existing customers, address their concerns, and ensure long-term satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a problem- solving mindset, and a passion for customer success.


Key Responsibilities:


* Proactively engaged with customers to understand their concerns and provide resolutions

* Handle customer queries, complaints, and retention issues efficiently

* Offer personalized solution to reduce churn and improve retention rates

* Work closely with the sales, support and product teams to improve customer experience

* Identify opportunities for upselling/ Cross- selling additional services

* Analyze customer data to track trends in cancellations or service dissatisfaction

* Provide regular reports and insights on customer retention efforts.


Requirements:


* Minimum 6 Months- 2 Years of experiences in customer support, retention, or client servicing

* Excellent Verbal & Written communication skills

* Strong problem- solving and negotiations skills

* Experience in BPO, Telecom, E-Commerce, or Subscription- based is an advantage

* Graduation is Mandatory

* Excellent in Kannada & Malayalam

* 6 days working with 1 rotational week Off

* Shift duration of 9 hours including 1 hour break

* Willing to work in night shifts

* One way of cab will be provided.
