Minimum Required Skills & Attributes:
1. 2 to 3 years experience with HR digital ecosystem and part of designing automated work flows and systems.
2. Ability to interface with stakeholders across all levels of the organization and ability to manage future digital HR Projects.
3. Experience in implementation of various HR Systems covering HR and Employee Lifecycle, Talent Management, Reward Systems, etc.
4. Excellent communication and influencing skills.
5. Excellent planning and organization skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in situations that require sound decision-making and may involve confidential or sensitive matters
7. Ability to manage multiple priorities
8. Excellent Data analysis skills and the ability to translate this to systems functions and enhancements.
Minimum Experience Requirements:
1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR
2. Knowledge across core HR functional areas including HRIS administration, total rewards, recruitment and talent management
Minimum Educational Qualifications:
1. Graduate in any field
2. MMS/MBA/PGDM in HR
Added Advantage:
1. Experience in project management and the ability to translate strategic planning into action
2. Graduate in any engineering field
