Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via email support, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Process emails efficiently, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers through documentation.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall process efficiency.
Provide excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-1 year of experience in domestic non-voice processes or similar roles (email processing).
Strong understanding of email etiquette and professionalism when communicating with customers.
Ability to work independently from office location in Gurgaon/Gurugram.
Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
Minimum 6 months experience required from chat or email process.

Salary Range- 25k CTC
