Job Description


Key responsibilities:


  • Provide expert-level technical assistance to developers and end-users.
  • Resolve complex queries related to integrations, tools, API's and platform behaviour.
  • Assist developers with understanding policy decisions, enforcement and compliance.
  • Handle Tier 3 escalations involving both technical and policy-related concerns.
  • Review app submissions and content for alignment with market policies.
  • Identify recurring technical and support issues to streamline processes.

Qualifications & Skills:


  • 2-3 years of experience in technical support, customer service or policy enforcement
  • Graduation or above
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
