Responsibilities:
1. Process end-to-end payroll for all employees in accordance with local laws, regulations, and company policies. Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
2. Stay up-to-date with Manila payroll laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements. Ensure payroll processes align with legal obligations, including Social Security System (SSS), Phil Health, and Pag-IBIG Fund contributions.
3. Maintain accurate payroll records, including employee information, earnings, deductions, and tax-related documents. Prepare and distribute payslips and payroll reports on a regular basis.
4. Oversee the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance, leaves, and allowances. Ensure timely and accurate processing of benefit-related deductions and reimbursements.
5. Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and managers. Provide guidance on payroll-related matters, including tax withholding, deductions, and salary adjustments.
6. Perform regular audits of payroll data to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy. Reconcile payroll records with general ledger accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
