Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  
• Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
  
• Identify customer needs and escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
  
• Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  
• Meet performance targets set by the company for quality metrics such as first call resolution rate, handle time, abandon rate etc.
