Job Description

Product Manager will be responsible for defining, planning, & driving forward execution on new product features to improve engagement & produce even better user outcomes. To reach the best user outcomes, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, & designers, as well as coordinate with teams from Content, Video Production, Technology, sale & Marketing through the complete product development cycle.

Responsibilities:
- Lead full life-cycle product management (from requirements gathering, through strategy/concept development, deployment, & even acceptance testing).
- Work directly with project managers, engineering, data scientists, clinical staff, & designers to specify & deploy new features.
- Write clear & concise user stories, prioritise development items, & coordinate schedules/milestones with designers & engineers.
- Work with senior leadership to help define a product vision & strategy.
Requirements:
- 4-10 years of Product Management experience
- Experience developing internet or mobile products, chatbots, Web Dashboards.
- Expertise in using both qualitative insights & quantitative findings to inform the development process
- Experience using multi-dimensional user data to generate hypotheses, run experiments & drive product decisions
- Deep experience defining, reporting & executing against team level, user-based KPIs
- Strong people/relationship skills, experience understanding team dynamics, concerns, & generally high EQ
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Strong hustle and "get it done" attitude
- Excellent organisational & analytical skills with strong technical abilities
- Passion for creating an exceptional user experience
- B.Tech in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience a plus
