JOB TITLE: Software Developer

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

.Net Application Development

KEY ACTIVITIES

Interact with stakeholders to understand their requirements and business needs and objectives.

Provide justifiable (feasible and optimal) software (automation) solution designs.

Devise modular and /or project-wise timelines and plans.

Document application designs and relevant plans and/or project-workflows.

Implement the predefined and approved application designs using best technical methodologies, available (like: Object Oriented Programming, coding standards,

Software Development Life Cycle parameters, Web 2.0 /Enhanced user experience features, tier based/driven code-logic implementations, etc).

Deliver project solutions with innovative ideas while meeting customer/stakeholder requirements, keeping in mind the business needs and objectives along with apt timelines and quality.

Maintain and support existing applications with a keen acumen towards business objectives and customer satisfaction.

Provide technical assistance to other team members.

Help in building client relationships.

o IT Change Management Team

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience: [E]

o Minimum 1.0 year in software development.

Qualification:

[E] Graduation (Any Discipline)

[D] Preferred: Engineering, Computer Application, Computer Science

Required Skills: [E]

o MVC

o ASP.NET 3.5/4.0/4.5

o C#

o SQL Server 2008/2016

o JavaScript

o Web-Services, WCF

o VSTFS

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

o People Skills; Team player; ability to put across ideas/thoughts

Preferred Skills: [D]

o WPF, WWF

o XML and its usage and related techniques (XSLT, XSD, XPATH, etc.)

o J-Query / JSON

o Angular JS

o SOA
