IT & Networking Engineer Job Summary We are looking to hire an experienced IT and networking engineer to manage, maintain & troubleshoot the academy's IT infrastructure and assets. Responsiblities and Duties As the academy's IT and Networking Engineer, the selected candidate shall be responsible: - To ensure operational availability of the academy's IT infrastructure. To carry out regular maintenance activities & troubleshooting for the academy's IT assets including desktops, server, peripherals, and network assets. To effectively liaise with OEMs, AMC vendors & other external agencies for IT-related work beyond in-house purview / capability. To prepare staff quality requirements, conduct market survey, shortlist vendors and procure new IT hardware and software as required from time to time, in consultation with the management. To perform the system changes in adherence to organizational policies and management instructions. Maintain IT-related intellectual property, databases & technical documentation in association with other functional departments. Required Experience And Qualifications Bachelor's degree / diploma in networking / hardware / IT is preferred. Previous work experience in desktop support, network maintenance & hardware troubleshooting is needed. Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments, office automation products and computer peripherals. Hands-on experience with network security practices and anti-virus programs. Ability to work to a tight schedule.
