Job Description

    Job Summary: We're looking skilled and proactive Hardware and Networking Executive to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing our organization's hardware and network infrastructure. This role ensures seamless operations and provides support for hardware and network-related issues. Key Responsibilities: Hardware Management: Installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. Perform hardware diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs. Maintain an inventory of hardware assets and manage procurement processes. Networking: Set up and maintain local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and wireless networks. Configure and troubleshoot network equipment like routers, switches, and firewalls. Monitor network performance and ensure security and availability. System Support: Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware or network-related issues. Install and upgrade operating systems and software as needed. Manage system backups and disaster recovery processes. IT Security: Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect the network from threats. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of technical issues, resolutions, and equipment configurations. Prepare regular reports on hardware and network performance. Skills: Technical Skills: Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting hardware and networking devices. Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux operating systems and IT tools. Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and protocols. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. Additional Requirements: Certifications like CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent will be an advantage. Availability for on-call support when required.
