Job Description
- The Regional Sales Manager will help grow the market position across all channels (B2B sales) in the East, for the bakery ingredients business; by locating, developing, defining and capturing business opportunities and relationships

Description
- Evaluate and Adopt the right distribution infrastructure into the Bakery industry
- Own the Go To Market Strategy developed by the organisation and ensure 100 % implementation
- Be responsible for goal achievement for the region in terms of Volumes , Values , People Deployment , Talent Mapping
- Identify and lead Geographical expansion into the region
- Motivate and train the Sales team to ensure productivity on field and prompt execution of administration and commercial responsibilities
- Be aware of the Regional demographics in detail and must have had working exposure of more than 4 states within the region
- Ensure timely collections from the market in terms of out standings if any, and be responsible to ensure settlement of all market deliverables due in time
- Strictly monitor and implement commercial discipline across the team and channel partners
- Be the Bridge between Company and the market to bring on table customer expectations
- Evaluate and report market trends in a timely manner
- Ensure talent within the team is identified and groomed for future role executions
Profile
- Prior experience in driving sales for the bakery ingredients portfolio
- Exposure in driving sales and metrics in the East region
- 10 - 15+ years of experience
