About Team

You will be part of order to cash vertical comprising various AR operations like Billing- Software License and maintenance, Data processing,

billing support functions, customer MDM, Contract Valuation and Terminations, AR collection and Customer Service representative

What you will be doing:-
The Collection Representative is responsible for the first line of collections performed out of Accounting Operations in GFO. Collectors work
to maintain fluent and positive relationships with clients to improve and maintain the health of Financial Services accounts receivable and
DSO metrics.
Specific duties are as follows:

• Responsible for the overall management and day to day operations of the accounts receivables collections teams in India
• Required to lead & drive the global AR teams collections team based at Pune location
• Develop and meet the cash forecast targets
• Perform analysis of collections practice and policies and develop recommendations
• Own the A/R aging portfolios, which includes analyzing delinquent accounts, preparing reports on aged AR/Risk accounts and drive dispute resolution against the same
• Conduct weekly reviews with the team to help them drive the cash flow
• Work with sales/account managers/business stakeholders to resolve the issues against the aged AR
• Knowledge of withholding tax process is must and assist team on collecting the WHT certificates as appropriate
• Maintain complete documentations accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
• Working on adhoc reports per request from management
• Managing team size of 8-10 members in total and driving results for the team
• Arranging training sessions for new hires/working closely with AR managers for quarterly connects/feedbacks for team
• Conduct audits for the work management/AR applications used by Team on monthly basis
• Drive escalation calls for Team and share required feedback as applicable

What you will need

• Minimum 8- 10 years of experience into AR Collections with global/international clients and 2+ years of proven management experience with ability to lead and develop the team
• Bachelor s degree in accounting
• Excellent verbal and written communications needed to interface and establish rapport with all levels of the organization
• Must be self-motivated, flexible, and able to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in MS Office skills, specifically MS excel and MS word
• Required to work from 6 PM IST to 2.30 AM IST to support US clients

Skills
l Strong Accounting Knowledge Accounts Receivables Billing and Cash Application.
l Good Communication Skills Written and Verbal
l Strong desktop computing skills PowerPoint, and Excel
l Ability to understand and resolve queries from business units and collections
l Ability to co-relate figures, do analysis, and make relevant comments
