    Job Title: Business Development Executive Field Sales (Medical/Nursing College)
    Experience: 3 to 5 Years
    Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore

    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (Field Sales) to promote our services across medical and nursing colleges. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales, especially in the education or healthcare segment, with a passion for building long-term client relationships.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and approach medical and nursing colleges, government agencies and public institutions for partnership and business opportunities.
    • Generate leads, schedule meetings, deliver presentations, and close sales deals.
    • Maintain strong follow-ups with prospects and ensure consistent pipeline growth.
    • Travel extensively within Bangalore and surrounding areas to meet potential clients.
    • Develop and maintain a solid understanding of company offerings and market trends.
    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
    • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Prepare reports and provide insights on field activities and client feedback.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in field sales, preferably in the education or healthcare sector.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong network within medical/nursing institutions is a plus.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
    • Fluent in English; knowledge of Kannada is an added advantage.
    • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
