Job Description

Company: JSW One Responsibilities Build API-driven platforms and successful integrations with third-party systems Build, lead, develop and coach teams of top technical talent. Build scalable and reliable technology solutions at a rapid pace. Collaborate with product team and build a commercially successful product. Be responsible to recruit & lead a team of highly skilled software engineers and provide strong hands on engineering leadership. In addition, architect and lead the engineering design and development for building in-house products. Drive agility in execution, create a strong team culture of responsiveness by leading by example and own decision making around prioritization for better predictability. Mandatory Strong Engineering Manager / Principal / Technical Architect Profile Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must have Min 13+ YOE in the Backend Development using Java Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have experience in Core Java with Multithreading Mandatory (Skill 1) - Must have experience with Kubernetes and Docker Container. Mandatory (Skill 2) - Must have experience with CI / CD pipelines using Ansible and Github Mandatory (Skill 3) - Strong experience / knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithm Mandatory (Skill 4) - Must have experience in system design and architecture. Mandatory (Company) - Good / Well-Known Product Companies.
