Job Description


  • Ensure that the received JRFs are filled with all the relevant information and are signed by the corresponding hierarchy as per the business unit.
  • Ensure that the JRF is acknowledged by getting the same signed by the Head HR and communicating with the business team.
  • In consultation with the Manager HR, determine the source of hiring.
  • In case the source has to include other modes like the Employee Referral and Recruitment Vendors, seeking support from Manager HR to get the same approved and getting the communication sent to the relevant audience.
  • Sourcing profiles as per the details provided within the JRF.
  • Screening the relevant profiles via a telephonic conversation with the candidates and maintaining the screening MIS.
  • Filling the JRF Vs Sourced sheet with relevant information, getting the same scrutinized by the Head HR and sharing the profiles to the hiring manager.
  • Based on the feedback received from the hiring manager, ensuring that the interviews are scheduled and the hiring managers calendar is booked accordingly.
  • Once the interviews are completed and the candidates identified for offer, completing all the documentation for making an offer.
  • Interview, test, check references, select candidates and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on the job's established selection criteria and the organization's recruitment policies.
  • Prepare job offer materials in accordance with the agreed job specifications so that successful candidates have all the information they need to decide whether to accept the position.
  • Negotiate the job offers with the candidates and ensure the candidates are made competitive offers so that they are comfortable joining the organization.
  • Guide the Executive HR in the process of offer negotiation.
  • Ensure that all open positions are closed as per the already decided timelines

Preferred candidate profile


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1 years of recruiting experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
