Duties and Responsibilities - Business Engagement & ownership o High engagement with performance team for funnel understanding to build efficiency o Regular engagement with business call center campaign managers to understand the business nuances and handling the same in solution Data Intelligence o Creating data view of leads movement to call center. o Bringing TAT priority of leads and other variable view in dashboards o Working closely with Data IT team on proposed solution for realtime communication Campaign Monitoring & improvement o Driving team towards finding new segments and using the same for continuous TAT improvement o Creating framework across all businesses for A/B testing framework and monitoring results. Offer Management o Connecting with risk team to understand increase/decrease in offer count o Ensuring the all new downloads (NTB) to be stamped in prospect offer base o Measuring overlap of offer base with app customers o Ensuring the data mapping between risk tables ICORS offers and offer availability in app o Considering regular churn and rechurn activity ensuring that the right offer base availability to campaign managers o Supporting campaign managers for their offer base related requirements , * Qualifications Post graduate MBA Bachelors in any domain Work Experience 10-12 years of experience 5-6 year s experience into Financial industry with digital marketing experience Excellent data related acumen for taking business decisions and create growth path Understanding of mobile app industry i.e. technology & data understanding (like segmentation) Should have experience about mobile app communication platforms | Tool i.e. CleverTap, MoEngage etc
